Fern (Wedding Management)

Professional oversight for couples who want calm, organized execution.

Fern is ideal for couples who have already made most of their planning decisions and want a professional to step in, organize the details, and manage execution as the wedding approaches.

This service focuses on logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site management. It does not include full planning support, design development, or reworking decisions late in the process.

 

Fern is best suited for couples who want peace of mind, clear structure, and a confident professional presence without full-service planning involvement.

  • One virtual kickoff meeting and structured email communication related to logistics during the planning window.

This service bridges the gap between DIY planning and full-service support, with a focus on timelines, vendor coordination, decision guidance, and cohesive execution. You remain involved in the process while relying on expert oversight to ensure nothing is missed.

Willow is ideal for couples who want to feel supported, informed, and confident without carrying the full mental load of planning alone.

  • Initial planning meeting plus up to four structured planning meetings, scheduled as needed throughout the planning process.
  • Email communication related to active planning tasks during standard business hours.

  • Additional vendor sourcing beyond the three included vendors is available as an add-on.
  • Complete timeline creation and distribution

From early planning decisions through wedding day execution, Evergreen provides proactive coordination, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance so you never feel behind or overwhelmed. Our role is to anticipate needs, prevent issues, and manage the complexity of planning so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

This service is best suited for couples who value structure, honesty, and professional leadership throughout the entire planning journey.

The starting investment reflects weddings with up to 200 guests, a single-day event, and standard design complexity. Additional fees may apply for larger guest counts, multi-day events, complex installations, destination weddings, or increased staffing requirements.
